Time to play America's fastest-growing Quiz Sensation:

RAT BINGO

Now that Jack Smith has shuffled his witnesses in his Superseding Indictment for Judge Chutkan in Trump criminal trial of Jan 6th crimes, who do we have as the witneses? Here are the top 12 rats: Pence, Meadows, Bannon..

@tomiahonen I need an update where we stand with all trumps cases. He appears to be getting what he wants. Neverending delays, even a temporary halt of docs case. So frustrating
@CulpepperRing LOL. First criminal case is as I said all along, New York financial crimes. He gets sentenced in a couple of weeks. Second case I said might be that fast, it could go ahead of NY but was paused by SCOTUS - is DC trial. That now has superseding indictment, will probably get fast back to court. I think 2 months to trial date is reasonable expectation, could be 3. Florida trial (espionage) was terminated by the corrupt judge, Jack Smith took to Appeals Court and has filed his papers
@CulpepperRing So Florida trial (espionage) is now in Appeals. The next date is Trump attorneys must file. I think Appeals Court rules in maybe 2-3 months puts trial back but to a different judge. Florida is 'rocket docket' federal jurisdiction, that trial could be back going - and this time with normal judge, no hanky panky. Early Spring trial. Georgia went as expected to their appeals process. Now awaiting December hearings at Appeals Court. Will return back to normal process early in new year
@tomiahonen taking too long. I'd hate for his age and diet ti get him before he rots in prison.
@CulpepperRing Judge Merchan sends Trump to a shitty New York prison in three weeks and I expect Trump actual prison time starts in December... that is just four months from now. So that is not long, it is longer wait to Christmas :-)
@tomiahonen that would be the best Xmas present ever!!
@tomiahonen Meadows will give up what he needs to, to stay out of the pen.
@palin The White Rapper Marky Malarkey hopes he could avoid prison. There is no such thing. He testifies against Trump, and his rotten plea bargain he took as he stupidly waited too long, includes a long stint in federal prison. My guess is a decade of prison time. Meadows most def goes to prison. Only those who are fastest to flip can expect deals that might have freedom on parole...
@tomiahonen
Good!
I want him in prison but I am not seeing enough of the top tier heading that way.
Meadows knows everything .
@palin Meadows negotiated a plea bargain under duress for BOTH of Trump crimes that are life-without-parole crimes (DC coup d'etat and Espionage-A-Lago) so of course Meadows deal includes prison time. I think he gets about a decade, could be more
@tomiahonen
That fills me with joy 💗
@palin So for context. Meadows had been bargaining heavily for his plea bargain deal with Garland (this was months before Jack Smith was brought in) and Meadows was waiting it out, attempting to get better deal. Then FBI raided Mar-A-Lago and found the 101 classified documents. Meadows was the one who ORGANIZED that crime - the THEFT of those docs (they already had his accomplice, Christina Bobb at that time who had confessed, was working with DOJ) - and they threatened Mark with death penalty
@palin So you noticed, Jack Smith did not yet indict Trump for STEALING 212 classified documents with Meadows, Bobb, Lewadowski etc. Jack ONLY charged CITIZEN Trump for HIDING the last 101 documents from FBI. That is a LESSER crime. That crime - the Florida case - carries 400 years of prison. The THEFT part - comes later, when Trump is already convicted and safely locked in prison, but is a far bigger trial. That carries 2,800 years MANDATORY MINIMUM sentence and potential death sentence
@palin There are two espionage statutes (laws). Jack Smith used the LESSER espionage charge in this first simple easy trial against Trump and Walt Nauta (and the third dude added later). This simpler statute does not include death penalty. When Meadows was negotiating his plea deal, they told him, the major crimes faces dealth penalty (whether they actually argue that in front of judge is a different matter, I do not believe in death penalty). So that scared the shit out of Meadows, he flipped
@tomiahonen @palin WOW! It being Meadows, I’m assuming there was a ton of shit…
@DebR @palin Meadows among many crimes (he will end up one of 5 biggest criminals in US history by number of crimes committed) was the POINT MAN to organize the theft of 212 classified documents from various US departments. Trump does not read. Meadows selected the documents that were worth stealing. He also was the White House pointman to Giuliani gang arranging a VIOLENT overthrow of government on Jan 6 (the violence part was quietly eliminated by FBI who were wiretapping Rudy)
@palin Meadows was also at least involved in the Trump pardon-selling scheme (which was run by Jared - he has also flipped so he has also confessed). Meadows got suckered by Trump on that, and Trump never gave Mark the pardon Trump had promised Meadows. Meadows was also at least aware of the corruption around the appointment of the final Trump SCOTUS Justice, Amy Coney Barrett. And yes, Mark has to confess EVERY crrime when he signs his plea bargain. Jack Smith has all that already in writing
@tomiahonen
Just out of curiosity , I wonder why we haven't heard anything from him recently?
Hiding ?
I know that he and some of the other crooks had invested in some property close to the W.H. I wonder if it's location is related to project 2025 .
@palin Meadows? Trying to lay low. He was one of star witnesses, now becomes probably the star witness in Jack Smith DC trial. So that terminates his future with his party. He is attempting now to run up bank savings on various projects to that day when he becomes a pariah
@palin So it was the raid of Mar-A-Lago which forced the flip of Meadows. They gave him a 'take-it-or-leave-it' offer promising no death penalty but certain prison. And Meadows signed the deal, ratted out Trump. The moment they had all video recorded of Meadows, Garland held press conference announcing he is bringing in that prosecutor from Europe, Jack Smith, who then took over. But Meadows was forced to sign under extreme fear, and he took the rotten deal that was on the table :-)
@tomiahonen @palin And still nothing has happened to “poor” Meadows, who also voted in 2 different states, along with his wife, in the 2020 election. They both should have been imprisoned for that offense years ago.
@DebR @palin No. No no no. If you see a homicidal bank robbery gang also make a parking violation with the bank robbery, you do NOT prosecute the parking violation. NO. You prosecute the BIG crime. Because in that smaller crime you would still have to expose some of your evidence and witnesses of the big crime. Meadows will go to prison for ESPIONAGE and for COUP D'ETAT, not slapped on his wrist for voting irregularities
@tomiahonen @DebR
My day is getting better with every post you put out!
That's what I want to see because Meadows has the goods on everything and for him to cut a deal for a lighter sentence , he's going to have to give it all up.
@tomiahonen @palin Unless trump gets elected and pardons all his crimes…
@DebR @palin Trump is unelectable, let's not spread maga fairy tales
@tomiahonen @palin I’m not spreading fairy tales, but I am getting a little tired of being rebuked by you, Tomi. I’m not stupid and I don’t feel that I make stupid comments.

@DebR @palin That is ok, Deb. You do not want my insights, and rather feel happy, I am so pleased to assist you to no more painful honesty & reality from me. I am now terminating your access to my feed

BLOCKED

@tomiahonen
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I gotta say that I also go through the same thing with people , almost daily.
And I am with you on the maga fairy tale crap!
@DebR
He won't get elected...
He hasn't had the numbers from the start.
And he's fully aware of that.
He's trying for coup #2.
@palin That’s becoming glaringly obvious. Today I was wondering…If the margins get so large that it is obvious he will lose in a landslide, will he flee the country before the actual election? Of course he will still proclaim (from afar) that it was stolen, but we all know he’s a coward, and that he’s going to prison for sure if the criminal cases are allowed to continue.
@palin Giuliani dies in prison. Eastman dies in prison. Bannon does at least a decade, Meadows does at least a decade, Flynn does at least a decade, Jared goes to prison probably a decade, I am ok with this class of prison time as Trump himself gets over 2,800 years.. and dies in prison
