2. Drug and alcohol testing of every cop involved immediately after every violent encounter they engage in.
3. It must be additional charges when cops LIE about anything after they kill.

During the 1970s, ragtime entered the U.S. consciousness with *The Sting*, starring Paul Newman & Robert Redford.
