I’m a child of the 80s, a technology enthusiast, former desktop publisher, and an advocate and supporter of libre-licensed, open-source software. I'm also a very happy and satisfied GNU+Linux user and former Classic Mac OS / Mac OS X user.

Originally from the U.S., I am involuntarily living in Trumagapistan and believe we’re all basically fucked. The problem is fundamentally larger than just Trump; right-wing-ism is a cancer in the U.S. and every other country it’s tried or tolerated.

Lately there has been a web ad campaign for a supplement which uses ostensibly U.S. Marine Corps veterans as props for Alzheimer's. I think it's disgusting and wrong.
