#introduction to my #science. We use molecular simulations (mostly MD) to study bacterial cell envelopes (structure-dynamics-function relationships). We aim to use the simulations as ‘computational assays’ (we add as much molecular detail as is practical) and therefore we term what we do #computationalmicrobiology.
