Retired but never been so busy. Can remember the world before the internet. I have an allotment garden in the S of England, and a partner who is an excellent cook of healthy sustainable food. E- biker. Feel pretty lucky so try to help others
My doctor daughter-in-law, who lives in Switzerland, is visiting us in UK and wonders if she should have her appendix out beforehand [so she doesn't die in an ambulance while waiting to get into A&E]. Is this medical humour, British humour or both?
