Today's historic photo of the day: Melbourne SW6 class #tram no 963 on route 1 nears Graham Street in Victoria Avenue, Albert Park, Vic, November 1 1987.

Route 1 runs south from Coburg East via Nicholson Street Brunswick East, Lygon Street Carlton, Swanston Street Melbourne, Sturt and Park Streets, South Melbourne, Montague Street, Bridport Street and Victoria Avenue Albert Park to the South Melbourne Beach terminus (which is actually in Albert Park).

So, something about me is that I'm pretty bad with proofreading before I post. Autocorrect is the bane of my posting world.
