I sadly just discovered that there is a huge amount of impersonating famous people and just plain fake personas on Mastodon, too. I don't think this is going to work out very well. It's just another vehicle for the Great American PsyOp Attack.
I don't know how long I'll be here, now that I know this. After twitter, I am so sick and tired of interacting with so many fake accounts. At least there, I had lists of all the established sane people, before the mad man took over.
