Just a nerd doing nerd thing and other non nerd stuff.

Fourth run after doing proper daily strength exercises. I was able to run the whole time. IIt was only 1.5 miles but that is a win IMHO.

Note to self: don't stop daily strength exercises. Don't be lazy. IT band pain hurts like hell.

Two years ago I was #running 13 miles without issue. Now I can't run 2 miles without my IT band killing me. Restarted my exercises the other day. Here's to hoping to be back on the trail soon.
