@Setok Im disappointed here to not fan yet a eurofan people , I found more about news , I will keep mastodon to the news, bluesky for talking. Before I was always in fb group, since last year many toxic comments, Im habits with eurodrama, but last year was harsh. Will we see what going on here. Maybe will change , its maybe to early to judge ^^.

@fcr Im sorry Im new . But here I feel like people are more geek than Bluesky . the behavior are completly different. I subscribe all 2 account bluesky and mastodon in november 24. I tested, I was so lost here, but find my way in Bluesky but still boring there, that why Im here now . Im gen x, I try to learn the all stuff , its not easy. I never learn this stuff in school.

I think it's a mistake to compare Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. Musk is a true fascist, an apartheid-era pure breed white South African. Zuckerberg is more of an empty shell, pretending to be human but with no real convictions and who goes where the power and the money are.

If Harris had won the election, Musk wouldn't act very differently (just a bit less cocky and angrier). On the other hand, Zuckerberg and Meta would go full liberal. It's not even opportunism (that's an ideology) it's just his emptiness filling up with whatever is around to fill it up.

Pixelfed est en train de voir son nombre d'utilisateurs monter en flèche. Une nouvelle vague de transhumance vers le fediverse a lieu depuis ces quelques jours.

Curieux de voir comment va se poser la question des coûts des réseaux sociaux quand t'es pas soutenu par du capital-risque. Contrairement à Mastodon, Pixelfed est concentré sur quelques instances. Je doute que les utilisateurs d'Instagram se rendent compte du volume de leurs données.
