Anyone have good recommendations on what to do when you are in COVID isolation? Day 4 of isolation here. No one else has caught it in the house (thankfully), but my RLT is still blazing positive so it looks like I'm going to be here for a bit and I'm running out of my normal activities. Also, preferably things you can do in a 10x10 room since I'm locked in and its still very cold out here until Wednesday/Thursday for outdoors

Well, I made it pretty deep into the pandemic without ever getting it. Not an ideal start to my trip home visiting family though.

Should be fun to see how many days until I’m banned from Twitter for sharing my Mastodon handle. Not ideal to have to remake a social media presence, but won’t be my first time (abandoned Facebook after the 2016 nonsense). Hopefully Madtodons decentralized platform means I don’t have to do this again (if it takes off)

1 year anniversary of opening the lab this month. It’s really amazing just how much has happened in a year. Mainly due to what has become an awesome team. None of them on Mastodon to shout out yet though. #NewPI
