@heiseonline Falls es jemand hier liest - bitte beachten, dass eine über die PCI-Flachbandleitung angeschlossene NVME wohl die im Raspi integrierte BLE Sendeeinheit stört. Nur noch eine geringe Reichweite für Sensoren. Daher am besten auf externe BLE Dongle ausweichen wenn möglich! Wifi könnte daher auch möglicherweise beeinträchtigt werden.

@jerome @dimillian yeah, sadly I also think so, but I was hoping for the best here as shortcuts was able to select the specific cloud compute technology
@jerome @dimillian i just assumed that a private cloud compute connection that can be selected in shortcuts is independent of any local device computation. Therefore it is technically easily possible to do that on every device
@maikm thanks for clarification. That’s kind of sad, but I almost expected that apple would do that :(
@dimillian mhm… that’s nice, but as I haven’t yet installed the dev beta I am wondering if this will also work on non-apple-intelligence devices? As it’s a cloud service I would assume it should work everywhere, right?
Starting a new private #project.
This will be a battery powered #co2 and #airquality sensor with an #esp32 and TFT display.
Integration for Home Automation (maybe #homeassistant ) will follow after the unit is running on its own sampling every 10 minutes.
#pcb is a 6 layer #KiCad project with mostly 0402 components and double sided assembly (4 buttons and display will be attached to the other side).
I will try to update my progress here when writing the #embedded software.
