Marantz didn't make it easy to reach the PMD 740's headphone jacks! These two had broken solder joints, so I had to partially remove a number of layers of PCBs to reach and reflow them. Also, check out the straight-up *mud* that I cleaned out of the faders! #recdel

Hello First of im german, so sorry if my english is lacking. I just bought a used portastudio 05 ministudio that allegedly was in good condition. The playhead, along with the rubber capstan and all the readhead is always engaged which makes putting cassettes in hard, and getting them out...
