There is a strong possibility that Microsoft itself was badly hacked.
I've been interested in astrophotography for most of my life but I've balked at the cost when looking at jumping in. I've decided to start off basic and familiarize myself with the process and software. My first star trail photo - Pentax K5, iso 1600. 200 images processed with Raw Therapee and stacked with StarStaX. Low res copy.

Thanks to a powerful gravitational lens, astronomers were fortunate enough to see the same supernova three times in a distant galaxy. The lens is the galaxy cluster RX J2129, located about 3.2 billion light-years from Earth. When examining the region, researchers noticed that one of the lensed galaxies is duplicated three times - and they all contain the same supernova. Because the light took different paths, the same supernova is seen hundreds of days apart, showing its evolution in a single image.

My #introduction - I've been working in infosec since 2010, working in a SOC for 10 years before I joined up with Graylog to help design and build security content for them. Before that I was a systems admin focused on Windows - AD architecture and exchange mostly. Working with securing and monitoring of those systems was what started my journey to infosec. I was always interested in gaining understanding from the logs so it was natural for me to work with SIEM products. I am a navy vet who worked on radio and IFF prior to working with computers. I've always enjoyed solving puzzles and I am fortunate that I've found rewarding jobs and work/have worked with some great people. Outside of work I am constantly exploring new hobbies, I do enjoy movies, history, chess, and art. I am most fortunate to have an amazing wife of 27 years and four sort of adult children.
