Since our BPM group project topic focuses on a (physical) bank branch offering a range of services I want to share the list of BPM Banking and Finance Software Solutions. I'd recommend to deploy PEGA system as it seems to be the most versatile and comprehensive. Its portfolio of solutions encompasses features related to case management, robotic process automation, UX design, low-code development, chatbots, DevOps, real-time intelligence, and lifecycle management.
