I propose a simple note app.
I use nextcloud Notes, we have a widget on SmartPhone and could read each others messages. We use it for shopinglist and sometimes other messages.
As far I know there are also other non nextcloud notes app with widgets.

Soweit ich weiss hat er gar nicht so viel Geld direkt verfügbar. Das Meiste müsste er in Aktien seiner Unternehmen haben.

I'm not sure how it influence the values. But every home owner has outstanding dept.
Cause ist, that from the tax point of view it is cheaper to have at least a certain dept than to reimburse. The taxes of a house could be really high if you complete own it.
I assume this is the cause for this value.

@Punchshark Maybe, if the Price drops enogth. Some Nerds appear that are able to #root the car and may install something like #Lineageos for cars.
If that happens and is possible I may even buy an used Car for a reasonable price.
My problem with electric cars is, that everyone is a data nightmare.
A huge drop in Price may could be helping a #FOSS phoenix rising from the ashes.
