The profile pic is a selfie taken early in the Covid-19 pandemic. I am wearing a wide-brimmed black hat, thick glasses, and a blue home-made mask made from the sleeve of an old T-shirt that covers the entire lower half of my face.

The banner was a picture of my beautiful vote center but since American democracy broke my heart I replaced it with a stupid Rocky Mountain landscape.

Our voting center had a visit from Congresswoman Barbara Lee (CA-12), who will be vacating her seat, and Lateefah Simon, who is running to replace her. Both went to Mills College and both voted here today.

Belatedly watched some speeches from the last day of the DNC as I was busy Thursday night. Started drawing again. Still very rusty and need practice. I really need to be less of a tit about preserving old digital #artwork. I have drawings in formats that nothing recognizes anymore. I only managed to retrieve this old sketch, one of my favorites, because I emailed a JPEG version to friends (and didn't save a local copy...).

Anyway, this was a character (played very entertainingly by @pronouncedlahra ) from the most fondly-remembered tabletop roleplaying campaign I have ever run.
