I've been trying to be more "mindful" of my time and trying to avoid doom scrolling/hours online.

I recently felt inspired by all the ambient music and art films I've watched this past week.

I went for a walk around my neighbourhood. It's a great mix of nature and man made objects. I found this snail and l decided to paint it. I find it very hard to finish any art work so I'm quite proud of this. It's only small (8x8).

Honestly, it feels like a lot has been going on consistently since 2021. At this point, I think we all need a break.
