@Keab42 We've seen Sisko for so long in a command role, it's hard not to give it to him. Sorry Chekov, we hardly knew ye.

@Keab42 As with last round, I just don't think being a First Officer was the right direction for Seven's character. Worf worked his way up, and while he's a very atypical First Officer, at least believably wants the job.

@Keab42 Both are some of the top officers ever produced by Starfleet. But Riker's refusal to move on and take the responsibility of his own command for so long, plus the forcing of his trombone playing on his shipmates, are strikes against him. The original Number One gets the number one vote.
