Saw GP re: suspected frozen shoulder which came on after Covid jab. Sent to physio who said it is not frozen shoulder but is a side effect of my Covid jab! Advised that physios are well aware of this phemomenen. It affects the rotator cuff muscles & tendons. Should get better. Exercises to help..

They are also evaluating th Covid 19 surveys (swabs & blood tests). Part of email:
"As valued survey participants you would be uniquely placed to help support any future survey, allowing us to explore the longer term impact of COVID-19. We will be in touch soon to confirm whether the survey will continue after 31 March 2023, how it would work and to understand if you would still like to take part.

For now, we will be pausing survey data collection from mid-March"

Mastodon has a very big surge of new users right now. There's no way to tell if it will be sustained, but at this early point it looks similar to Nov 18 when Musk pulled the employee purge.

It is very challenging for system administration to accommodate so many new users. If your server starts to struggle, it is not broken and will get sorted out.

Ich hab seit März #longcovid. Bis vor 3-4 Wochen hatte ich große kognitive Einschränkungen, insbesondere im Bereich Multitasking, Reizüberflutung, Sprachstörungen, generell Gespräche. Seit ich Antihistaminika (Desloratadin) und Quercetin nehme, sind die kognitiven Symptome quasi verschwunden.
