Addendum: Bei der aufgeführten Diskussion geht es um ein Virus des BSL-3. In dieser Klasse befindet sich u.a. auch Tuberkulose. Würde man das jmd. vorsätzlich beibringen ("billigend in Kauf nehmen" reicht),hätte man ein Strafverfahren wg. Gefährlicher Körperverletzung am Hals./19
