Honestly, for a sec, I have NO idea what the purpose was. I've known ppl closely who've worked in those types ogvt circles. I feel pretty certain the purpose was to our country's disadvantage. But we also keep these things secret when we want to. So, there's purpose here in sharing it, too. I am so glad I do not get paid to know, share, suppress or respond to these things on any level.
