X's legal filing in the InfoWars bankruptcy case is both batshit crazy and also what you'd expect. It asserts that X owns every account, can do whatever it wants with them, and can inject itself into legal proceedings that have nothing to do with it.
This is why it's incredibly important that people invest in platforms that they own, and move toward federated/decentralized/portable, noncorporate social media as rapidly as possible
This is as awful as it sounds. The House -- with a few Democrats in favor -- just voted to let Trump regime declare any nonprofit (e.g. university, civil-rights org, news startup, hospital and more) a terrorism supporter. No evidence required, but the penalty for the accusation is loss of nonprofit status. A financial death penalty.
School allows a pro-Palestinian protest? Nonprofit status gone. Watch for Planned Parenthood and ProPublica to be on the chopping block.

Let's not lose sight of what Trump & his thugs are really up to as corp news media focuses on each/every new atrocity:
Project 2025
Destroying democracy
Destroying our govt
Eradicating who they believe="the other"... Anyone who doesn't look, sound, or believe like them
Control women
Power/$
