Feeling frustrated with VitalChek bureaucracy. I requested death certificates for two of my great-grandparents as a genealogist because I am a generation too distant to be “entitled” as a relative. They require *a* credible *copy* of documentation (*a* birth, marriage, or death certificate) linking my relationship (genealogist) to the person named on the certificate.
What single vital document would prove that I have a genealogical interest in these people?
I submitted a combination of official and unofficial documents to show that they are my great-grandparents, but was told they were not sufficient 🙁
