Forgot to take prep pics, but tonight is kind of @Briefslayer’s second bday meal because we bought a little rack of lamb as a back up if we couldn’t get a rib roast.
So, tonight’s menu is: grilled lemon, garlic, rosemary marinated rack of lamb, grilled baby potatoes, and green beans with burst cherry tomatoes (yes, I make these all the time now cause it’s easy, colorful, & delicious!). I don’t grill lamb often (haven’t ever??), so we will see how this goes! #Food #Cooking
