🎭 “I’m an islander, I am an islander…!” I had a brilliant night out recently at the Come From Away tour… and bought the socks because I’ve never seen socks at a merch stand before.*

I thoroughly recommend going to see it if you get the chance. I won’t spoil how it’s done in case you want to experience it without expectations, but the cast are fantastic at drawing you in and creating a whole world. The comedy, the heartfelt moments, and the anger-inducing ones came thick and fast, with a brilliant band (who had us all dancing on our feet at the end).

Makes Me Laugh: That time my housemate came running out of the kitchen and handed me a potato (it came out of the bag like this)… stuff like that happens in this house a lot! 😄

Something I Saw: This gull was so cutely aligned with the pedal boats that I couldn’t resist taking this photo. (Luckily, said gull was feeling cooperative.)
