Something I also kinda dislike with the current state of Mastodon is, if you go to a profile which isn't on your instance, then most of the part you will get something like
"Older posts from other servers are not displayed." or "Follows from other servers are not displayed."..
I really hope this will change in the future somehow...

Honestly, it's so sad to see what is happening to Twitter right now. I really like the platform and sadly, for me, Mastodon isn't really a replacement for it. It's good in its own way but still needs some improvements, like the official mobile App.
Mittlerweile hat jede Großveranstaltung ihre eigenen Apps. Für die Einreise zur WM in Katar sind die Apps "Etheraz" und "Hayya" verpflichtend.
Nachdem uns einige Anfragen erreichten, haben wird diese Apps zur Fußball-WM einer ersten Prüfung unterzogen. Die Datenverarbeitung geht dabei weiter, als es die Datenschutzhinweise der Anwendungen angeben.

Der BfDI wurde durch Anfragen darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass für die Einreise zur Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft 2022 in Katar die Installation der Apps "Ehteraz" und "Hayya" verpflichtend ist. Mit den ihm zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen hat der BfDI eine erste Analyse beider Apps vorgenommen.
