Waiting to address climate change until we've fixed the broken systems that have led us into this crisis in the first place -- from systemic inequalities to biased policies to flawed economic systems -- isn't an option: we must act now with the systems we have today. But in doing so, I'm convinced we'll also be transforming the very systems that most need to change.
