I graded half the essays yesterday, and I thought I told Canvas to withhold the scores, and well ooops.

I had the honor of delivering the Brandie Siegfried memorial lecture at BYU yesterday. I took the opportunity to reread much of Brandie's scholarship and think about how her work influenced mine. It was a beautiful way to remember her.
@VCP apologies for the late, probably useless reply. I was off-line for most of last week and this. That comes up in Raphael's narrative of the War in Heaven in Book 5 (line 760) and possibly in Book 6.
@VCP it's weird, because I actually don't consider wrong --exactly--but it's just the pyramid is always so so so big. Maybe if we teach them to start 3/4 of the way up?
@VCP I didn't see your first poll with the "yes" options, yet it didn't even seem that there were options missing. Hmmmm.....
(P.S. I did enjoy talking about it with my students. They were all so horrified by the Vanderbilt admins using ChatGPT to write a condolence note, and it was so pure and innocent and gave me hope)
