@dessalines can someone at lemmy.ml please explain why my account there was banned? I'm pretty pissed, ngl. I didn't do anything that I think is so rule breaking it deserves a 30 day ban, and looking at the mod log I'm the exception, not the rule.

@Linux_Is_Best Mac OS is made for people who don't really need to know much about jow their computer works.
But people who game on PC usually have custom built computers, and care very much about knowing how their computer is working. That makes windows or linux preferable.

Twitter is an internationally well known brand. If you ask someone who has used the internet AT ALL if you know what a tweet is the chances are they'll say yes, no matter where is the world you are. Rebranding a product that well known is INSANE. It's not even a remotely intelligent business decision, and I don't believe for a second that this isn't deliberate.
