The latest episode of 'Where Warlocks Stay up Late" dropped yesterday. Featuring yours truly. The interview goes pretty deep from growing up in Maine, working at Lotus, stories about L0pht you may not have heard before to getting fired from @stake. Probably the most personal interview I have ever given.

Exciting News!
After 18 incredible years as CTO at Veracode, the company I founded, I’m thrilled to announce my new role as Chief Security Evangelist. During my time as CTO, I had the privilege of wearing many hats—leading teams across Security Research, Product Security, Information Security, and Compliance, while also contributing to M&A, strategy, our innovation, incubation and patent programs, and serving as an external spokesperson for Veracode and software security.
Now, I’m shifting my focus to what I’m truly passionate about: evangelizing software security. Today, more than ever, it’s critical that developers build secure-by-design software and ensure it’s maintained and operated securely. Twenty-six years ago as part of the L0pht hacker think tank, I urged the U.S. government and businesses to hold software vendors accountable for delivering secure solutions. Today, we have powerful tools that make secure-by-design not just achievable, but the standard. In my new role, I’ll be working closely with software development and cybersecurity teams to make this vision a reality.
Stay tuned for more updates as I embark on this exciting journey!
