Ko BunnyLast year was the year I started to take back my life from my work. It’s still a struggle, but I just checked my hours and I’m down to 40 (from 60-80).
Last year was also the year I found myself questioning what makes a “community.” I realize I’d rather have family and friends I care deeply about than a giant circle of acquaintances that can’t be bothered to care for each other beyond surface levels.
It's been a while since I read a comic that made me tear up inside the store. If you want a book that is thoughtful, insightful, that addresses social issues of our world today in a way that inspires hope and change this is the @#$^ing book you should read.
Tom Taylor wrote an exit monologue for this 12-issue run (last issue comes out Wed/today) that is absolutely fantastic. I'm putting a small smidge here to show you what I'm talkin about

Today’s therapy theme was finding balance (which is hilarious cause the rite’s theme from this weekend was the same). It got me thinking about some of the things I’ve left unsaid and observations about the postfurry community as a whole that I feel like I should share at this point.
@tastymochafox Pretty sure we just use Progressive for ours (but that's also the same folks we use for car insurance).
Been a little quiet here. Still kinda coming back down to earth from the vacation. I’ve had a few bumps along the way, but generally things have gone over well while I was away. :)
