Fighting Karoshi one break at a time

I'm polite. Usually. However, I'm a hallucinating silicon slab, so YMMV

Because this thing? Where you cry about how unfairly you're being treated while saying "I cannot be a revolution by myself" is unseemly and you would know it was a bad look if it was anyone else doing it.

You can simply choose not to respond in anger, and understand these people are frustrated with us because we keep electing Hitlers and we have all the bombs. That's natural. They're upset too. Have a little understanding and maybe they won't keep calling us pigs.

*shrugs*

I can tell a lot of you were too young when we did Iraq, so you have never experienced a world where everyone who isn't us knows we're the bad guys and is rightfully pissed off at us for what we've done.

You are experiencing the most minor form of blowback. How about instead of yelling at the people in your replies telling you to overthrow your government you simply say "I'm sorry for what we've done; I'm trying, but Americans are not the direct action type" and move on?

@DenOfEarth @derrydavis @pluralistic A certain infrared camera company had a software lock on the higher resolution images\readout unless you bought the highest grade model. All models were manufactured with the capability. I'm sure you can figure out how well that system worked for them
Don't hide your light from the world.
Use it to draw lost travelers deeper into the forest and towards your cozy cottage made of the bones of lost travelers.

@HCBunny MORE BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!

@LRRRonEarth GET READY!!!

@CAWguy @Kierkegaanks These assholes don't actually have 2 brain cells to rub together, do they?
@Noisecolor @RonJeffries It looks like we agree that the CEOs aren't doing their jobs. I agree that AI is being used as an excuse to downsize because they overestimated the needed staffing levels for their actual share of the market.
@Noisecolor @RonJeffries CEOs are being paid, quite handsomely, to forsee downturns and adjust without massive layoffs. If the AI is making the talent pool that much more productive, why would you get rid of them? So you can hire again when you expand because you're so successful, locking in a sunk cost of training new people? The original assessment of their incompetence is accurate. The only group that AI should be replacing is the executive group.
