@M0YNG @DK1MI perfect! I’ll do this later tonight. Thank you!
@N4JAW absolutely! I’m looking forward to the day I can work you via CW when your bike mobile (and sending QRS serveral times  ). Learning the code slowly but surely!

New year, new call! I’m officially NN3X!

@M0YNG is it possible for me to change my username or should I make a new account and port it over from this one?

@jj1bdx This is all a tremendously helpful explanation. I have a much better understand now. Thank you so much for taking the time to type it all out.

Would someone explain what the difference between the three break-in settings? What’s the difference between off, semi, and full? Also, what’s a “side tone”. From context I guess that’s the audio tone my radio’s speaker makes but I’m not sure.

For context I’m trying to setup my IC-705 as a practice oscillator.

@M0YNG I really like this idea; it’s something that I think I’ve naturally done in my life but I don’t think I had the words to talk about it before.
@qrper I like the art! What’s it about?
@je6wud did you figure it out?
Homebrew connecting cable for the Mobilinkd TNC3 with YAESU FT-817.
@je6wud I haven’t started playing with #M17 yet, but I was told that their discord is a good place to ask for help. https://discord.com/invite/G8zGphypf6
Best of luck!
