I ended a 4 day water fast this evening. I barely had any hunger the entire time - honestly, less than I used to have when I ate 3 meals a day!

I got used to 24 hour fasts over the the last few months of eating one meal a day, but I wasn’t expecting longer fasts to be so easy!
