Little tikes my second bread. This one is a Black Rye bread recipe I got from the book "Bread and Roses" by Rose Wilde. It was delicious, but I think I need to move away from following the recipe so much, get a scale and just do everything by ratios and what the flour needs.
Still dialing my sourdough starter in for sure 😊
