we are spending thousands of dollars on computers that have billions of times more raw computing power than a Pentium II, yet they often feel heavier, clunkier, and more emotionally exhausting to use .. while losing significant responsiveness 🤷♂️
This is why #GameDev peaked during 2000s.
Also a proof of #lowpoly as distinct form of art, not just "optimized for performance" 3D graphics.
