Stop saying today is a sad day or a dark day.

Today is a glorious day for America — a day that we see the system working, bringing justice and due process even against the powerful, and showing that truly NO ONE is above the law.

If you ever wonder how much confidence aerospace companies like SpaceX have in their own technical competence, the answer is: absolutely none, hence getting a special law to exempt them from liability for killing passengers and crew.

Was it just a few months ago that Musk tweeted this same meme and then deleted it after being informed that the quote is from a neo-Nazi pedophile rather than Voltaire?

What changed in the interim that now makes him now quite happy to post it anyway?

If you ever think your vote doesn’t matter, take a look at what happened in MN. 321 votes was the difference between nothing moving forward and a progressive triumph this session.

Finished watching #MrsDavis on #Peacock and it was wonderful! It was a weird, unique, absurd, and amazing show that kept you guessing what was going to happen next. Definitely recommend if you are looking to bing watch a show this weekend.

The thing that's killing me is, wingnuts go after Target over their Pride displays EVERY FUCKING YEAR. Every single year they've done this. But it's working this year -- because badly co-opted news organizations are pushing disinformation-riddled stories to normalize bigoted corporate and legislative actions. Just another day in the global, far right power grab.

Target becomes latest company to suffer backlash for LGBTQ+ support, pulls some Pride month clothing

Target is removing certain items from its stores and making other changes to its LGBTQ+ merchandise nationwide ahead of Pride month, after an intense backlash from some customers including violent confrontations with its workers. Target declined to confirm which items it was removing but among the ones that garnered the most attention were “tuck friendly” adult women’s swimsuits that allow trans women who have not had gender-affirming operations to conceal their private parts. Designs by Abprallen, a London-based company which designs and sells occult- and satanic-themed LGBTQ+ clothing and accessories, have also sparked a backlash.
