So disingenuous and unnecessary. A young player wanting a bit of extra time to make a huge decision about his career and his future, but according to Donovan, he should come running because the #USMNT tried to call him up.

So, it's going to be Turkiye vs Kosovo for the right to be in the #USMNT group in the FIFA World Cup along with Australia and Paraguay.
Gio Reyna & Joe Scally just spoke to reporters from #USMNT camp in some... interesting new team gear. Key tidbit, via Andrew Jones' Q: Reyna doesn't need motivational pregame music, just "whatever it is that I'm enjoying to listen to. But recently it's been Olivia Dean." Says Scally has no 🎶 taste

We need to talk about these jerseys…

Be honest — which kits are better?
And don’t lie about the Belgian away one 😅

From #FCCincy training today: Roman Celentano was a partial participant. He is able to keep working with his hands but limiting use of his legs. Obinna Nwobodo was inside. Some fill-ins from FCC2 with nine guys off on international duty. And as @SoccerInsider reports, Miles Robinson did individual work in gym today at #USMNT camp.
You can learn a lot from rondos. So while there's only so much media can glean from the 15 minutes of training access we usually get access to, I tend to gravitate towards them. Over on the 'Gram, here's a few minutes of ⚽️ zen from #USMNT training yesterday... www.instagram.com/reel/DWWhSeL...

Charles Boehm on Instagram: "How about some raw b-roll? 🎥⚽️ High-level soccer teams generally reveal very little about their workings to the media, let alone the general public. The #USMNT usually follow the industry standard: first 15 minutes of training are open to press, which is mostly just warm-ups. Even that brief glimpse can be a treat, tho. Players often limber up with rondos, what we in the States called 5v2 when I was young. It's a core element of the game around the world and I always love to watch elite players get after it. So while Mauricio Pochettino and his staff welcomed a few baseball stars from the Kansas City Royals to training yesterday, I was more focused on the rondos. The near group includes some of the USMNT's top players: Christian Pulisic, Flo Balogun, Ricardo Pepi. But the one who really pops is Weston McKennie - he's calling out the pass counts, leading the banter, 'trying shit,' bringing the energy. You can learn a lot from rondos."

The Medford native’s club, Leeds United, is narrowly above the relegation zone. He has to put that out of his mind for now to make his case on a crowded U.S. attacking midfield depth chart.
