@yojimbo I landed quite late on Saturday and couldn't wait for the next safe window, so I dismissed my ship and spent the night in my SRV on the surface and took off on Sunday.
Let's not think too hard about how it is safe to stay in the SRV but ships have to be dismissed to avoid damage.

The DSEV Odysseus will stay in-system until tomorrow, I have done the Helldiver Challenge and survived a trip to the surface of the World of Death, now it's time for a quick detour to Colonia as there's some more MetaElite stuff to do there.

Cheers from Spoihaae XE-X D2-9 A 1, also known as "Monde de la mort" (World of Death) as its orbit goes trough the jets of the white dwarf star it orbits, and even through its exclusion zone.
As such there's only a small part of its orbit in which it is possible to land on it or take off from it. The rest of the time the approach will surely cook your ship.
