7/10/23: Short and speedy in the heat to kick off the week. 3 miles out at CCRT, time 25:38.
7/5/23: Tried out the new (very hilly and very hot) neighborhood this morning for a 5k - OOF. Maybe gonna need to keep that as an “every once in a while” challenge. Back to the trail tomorrow.
7/4/23🇺🇸: 4 miles keeping up a pretty solid pace, given how thick the air is here right now. Time 34:39.
7/3/23: 5k at the trail, pushing up on race pace just to see where I’m at. Time 26:39, 50 seconds faster than my last competitive 5k in March - 😤
The problems with #Twitter & #Reddit are not coincidental or unrelated. Capitalists will always see you as a thing to be exploited for as much profit as possible.

7/1/23: Took more than a week off to focus on getting my family moved into our new home, but I finally got back out to my happy place along Chester Creek for a quick 4 to get things moving again. Time 35:03.
