Many people took their keys with them when they were forced from their homes in the 1948 Nakba ('catastrophe' in Arabic.) The keys are still held by families, sometimes passed down generations as a symbol of the Palestinians hope and determination to return one day.

Ever since, private health insurance prices have gone up (the cheapest is about 130 euros per person per month) and there are still the same problems like waiting lists because of underpaid nurses. Only a few people benefit from this and that is a bunch of useless managers and shareholders of insurance companies.
