Today’s drama: Liberty Mutual Insurance, you know the ones with the animal abuse commercials, has decided that since we filed a claim after Hurricane Helene, they are cancelling our home owners insurance in July. They claimed chipped paint and having a gas water heater’ pilot light is near flammable object is the reason. But here’s the thing, our water heater is electric. There are NO flammable items anywhere near our ELECTRIC water heater.
CHIPPED PAINT? What the hell?
Turns out, thousands of Liberty policy holders in the South are also being canceled for the same BS reasons. The common thread? We all filed claims after the hurricane.
This is what we deal with in the Fascist States of America (FSA) now. And not a single person in authority gives a rats butt.
Btw, I am also in tremendous pain from a kidney stone, Dana is dealing with anxiety issues and she is taking her old job back with a pay cut.
