Let’s be explicitly clear.
The Electoral College exists because enslavers wanted to count their enslaved in their vote total without freeing them, much less giving them voting rights. That is the one purpose the Electoral College ever served.

Did #Shapiro inadvertently tell the world that he knows he's the VP chosen by #KamalaHarris ?
What I most admire about #KamalaHarris so far during her campaign events: she is often smiling. Beaming, even.
Her radiance projects positivity: a stark contrast to the dour demeanor of #Trump at his rallies.
Plus, her speech and delivery are much more natural and credible than #Hillary's ever was on the campaign trail.
She's already doing great.
And yes, we can count on her to articulately (and brutally) target Trump's felony convictions and civil judgements in ways that #Biden hasn't.
For those who believe in #God, one of the following must be true, because there are no other options:
1. God didn't know the #FirstBaptistDallas church was going to be burnt to the ground, and so wasn't able to prevent it
2. God knew it was going to happen, but was still unable to prevent it.
3. God knew, and let it happen.
4. God made it happen.

Broadcasting major sporting events is expensive. Very, very expensive. #Amazon has offered $1.8b to the #NBA to stream league games.
Amazon's ambitions in live sports coverage are the #1 reason why ad-free programming is no longer included in #AmazonPrime.
Amazon wants revenue, from viewers and advertisers, to pay for all that live sports coverage.
Don't like ads? Don't like paying extra for ad-free #AmazonPrime Video?
Blame the live sports coverage.

It would be nice to be able to watch the news without content-free babble about #Crooks and #Trump.
The only updates I want:
1. What was the shooter's motivation?
2. Changes in status of the two critically-wounded #MAGA rally attendees.
3. Who in the Secret Service gets fired.
I do *not* need to hear politicians and news anchors offering up their hot takes, their by-the-numbers condemnations of political violence, or their thoughts and prayers. That is not news. And I'm already sick of it.
