If I've understood correctly, you'll see them in the "Federated" feed, which gives you all posters on all servers except servers our admin. has blocked.
Go into settings/preferences and set 'Federated' to go slowly, adding most recent posts only when you click for them. Otherwise, it moves too fast to keep up with.
