Worked it out.. sort of.
Play #Xbox on the couch.
Have Xbox app running on PC, #streaming the game.
Have #OBS capture the PC stream of the game, incl audio.
Use #droidcam to stream my face to OBS/PC.
Use wireless headset to stream (bad) voice #audio from the couch to OBS/PC.
Suggestions for better voice capture?
How/where can I make an Xbox series S accept a plugged in headset as audio input?

Yes, we already have a pass (hubby been playing some games on PC), so can't wait to go to town and play ALL. THE. GAMES. But since there's so much, i have to prioritize. :)
Tomorrow (Feb 6th) is the start of Steam Next Fest, a week long event where lots of demos get available for upcoming games. I'm pretty excited for it!
If you play on PC I think you should give it a look. Browse categories that interest you, download a few demos, maybe you find a game or two you really like.
Lots of good stuff out there, explore, experiment, take chances and step away from the mainstream for a little bit.
