Artfight is next month already! 😱 So I better hurry and talk about the last pieces I received from last year. Today: the awesome Oddest Doggo with his picture of Kazarra!
Oddest Doggo is a fellow kobold enjoyer and an artist on their path to finding his own voice. His depiction of Kazarra is one I’m really fond of. There’s great appeal in her expression alone.
The head tilt, the mischief in her eyes, the smirk with her tongue licking over sharp teeth... it’s the work of an artist who gets that personality is the key to character appeal. And for me, that’s one of the most important skills in character work!
I’d describe Oddest Doggo’s style as bright, flashy, fun, and full of emotion. It’s been a pleasure watching him grow more confident this past year—improving lines, composition, and really discovering his unique voice as an artist.
Having an “OG” Oddest Doggo artwork of Kazarra is something I’ll cherish for a long time! 💛
