Why is GOP going after debt ceiling under Biden after voting to raise it 3X under Trump?
Because they can’t go after:
•billionaire tax cuts—as small biz struggle
•80% ⬆️ corp profits—as workers starve
•inflation—as its dropped 10 mo straight
So as usual—GOP chooses hypocrisy
Let’s cut congress salary, get rid of the rich guy tax cuts, don’t allow deductions for fancy meals, jets, yachts, unnecessary travel for photo ops. No more than $200. deduction for work related expenses (line they allow teachers) Cut the pork that both parties love. $1000/day deduction from congressional salary for every day of default, never to be recovered.
