I’m being harassed via text and email by locals who tell me I’m “backing down” and “obviously wasn’t alive in the 60’s” because I’m not organizing a march for April 19. We are a town with a population of 10,000 and had almost 800 people show up to our rally last week. That’s 8% of our population!! We can’t pull of an event like that every two weeks. If anyone wants to send some virtual hugs and support, I could use it rn.
