Live on the west coast of Sweden and have a quiet off grid cabin somewhere in the middle.
It’s been almost thee years since my last ultra. Since then I’ve had 2 frozen shoulders and 2 years of Achilles issues that turned out to be Haglunds. 6 months since surgery now and I can slowly start running again. Just enjoying that fact right now. #trailrunning #ultrarunning #bydalsfjällen #getoutside #mountainlove
