Does anyone have a contact for a Philadelphia-based street medic collective? I need to talk to someone who has experience dealing with xylazine in street drugs, and the Kensington area is the area where that's the most prevalent. Almost nobody I've spoken to on the West Coast even knows what it is, let alone is good a source of information.
Specifically, I want to know if xylazine test kits are available, and how I can get some for the residents of my shelter. Also what to look out for and expect.
I've sent an email to Savage Sisters in Philly but haven't heard back yet.

Every hashtag on every post on every platform should always be pascal case. I wrote this to illustrate how screenreaders read hashtags based on their case.
It’s a small thing that all of us can do to build a more inclusive, accessible internet for all. Please take the time to use pascal case.
